Product appearance: Light tan granular powder.
Description: High purity yeast strain, especially designed for higher alcohol yield (more alcohol then other yeast from the same mash) and extremely pure fermentation. This strain shall never be used over 30C or over 15% alcohol.
Relative density: 0.5g/ml.
Characteristics:

Very low volatile production.
Ferments at temperatures of up to 30ºC.
Guaranteed production of up to 16% alcohol, but max 15% is recomended for maximum purity.
Application: For fermentation of all kind of mash for production of alcohol.
Instruction for Use: Sprinkle onto surface of mash and leave
to stand for 15 minutes before stirring.
Ingredient Declaration: Dried Yeast.
Suggested dosage: 200 to 1000 gram per 1000 liter, dependant upon
strength and rate required.

Description: Uniquely optimized yeast nutrient blend designed for use in wines and fruit schnapps mashes. Ensures pure, rapid, and complete fermentation. Recommended for use with all wine yeasts. Unique formula based on know-how from yeast nutrient optimizing for over a decade of Turbo yeast fermentation and wine fermentation. Makes all wine yeasts perform at their very best.
Our opinion is that in 80% of fermentations it is the nutrition that limits the rate of fermentation, and in the other 20% things like temperature, handling, number of viable yeast cells, pH etc. We highly recommend you use our wine nutrients. There is nothing better. And if there ever will be, we will sell it, even if we have to re-sell for a competitor.

Application: Yeast nutrition for use with all styles of wine.
Instruction for use: Dissolve required amount into a small volume of must. Add to must prior to addition of yeast and stir well.

Industrial alcohol fermentation
Distillation of industrial alcohol, which is normally not used for consumption, can be made in a two-step process. First, start an aereated fermentation and propagate up the yeast to 350,000,000 cells per ml. Then transfer this mash to a much larger batch of mash, where it is used as yeast. This gives a savings in yeast cost.
Temperature Tolerant Turbo yeast is excellent for this application, and provides the following benefits:
Ferments sugar, corn, molasses, barley, wheat, and similar
High osmo tolerance, stands 28% sugar or equivalent
High temperature tolerance, 39C for 14%
High alcohol tolerance, easily ferments to 16%
Faster fermentation, increased production
Purer fermentation, 1% less fusel replaced by pure alcohol
